Manager's Annual Report:
New Business: (1) Mike Hallum of Knuckols, Duvall, Hallum & Co, to deliver audit report.
(2) Election of Directors: Review any applications to run for office and if none, confirm Louis Pitts, Kent Alexander to new 3 year terms and Laurie Skipper to finish a 2 year term.
