At Holly Springs WSC, our goal is to provide safe, clean, sparkling water to all of our members! Holly Springs Water Supply Corporation is a non-profit, member owned Corporation and is funded through USDA Rural Developement. We are governed by a member elected Board of Directors consisting of 5 seats, President, Vice-President, Secretary/Treasurer and 2 members. We employee a manager/operator, Randy Russell and a office manager Kelli Russell. Board meetings are held the second Tuesday of each month at 6pm at City Hall in Hughes Springs. Our annual meeting is held each March for elections and official business. The membership is always welcome and encouraged to attend all meetings. This is YOUR Water Corporation.
