Our Secure Sockets Layer (SSL) software is the industry standard and among the best software available today for secure commerce transactions. It encrypts all of your personal information, including credit card number, name and address, so that it cannot be read over the internet. We will not sell your information to anyone.
Refunds: All refunds will be provided as a credit to the credit card used at the time of the transaction.
Online Bill Pay
In our efforts to better serve you, you can pay your bill online 24/7. If paying Online just click the Pay Your Bill Now button above or at the bottom of the page. Have your account number handy, and follow the prompts. We accept Visa, MasterCard, AMEX and Discover along with eChecks.
The credit card merchant convenience fee is 3% + $1 per transaction.
The eCheck merchant convenience fee is $1.50. There is a $30 NSF fee for all returned eChecks.
The online payment portal also offers the option to set up Automatic Payments. Once enrolled, the bill will automatically be paid the morning of the due date - just set and forget!
Go Green! Sign up for ebill and/or text notifications alerting you that your new bill is available. With a saved payment profile, you can reply to pay your bill right from your phone. Signing up is free, just the convenience fee applies for the transaction.
Payment By Mail
If paying by check or money order through the mail, please send all payments with your payment coupon. To avoid late fees, please mail your payment at least five to seven business days before the due date specified on your bill.
Payment by Phone
You can pay by phone by calling 430-342-8810. Have your account number handy and the amount that you are paying. The credit card merchant convenience fee is 3% + $1 per transaction. There is a $30 NSF fee for all returned eChecks.
Automatic Bank Draft
The worry-free way to pay your water bill. With this service, the amount of your monthly bill is automatically deducted from your bank account and credited to your utility account. There is no set-up fee or charge associated with this method of payment. To set up Automated Bank Draft, simply download and fill out the ACH Recurring Debit Form (if available) located in the Forms & Reports Section and drop it off or mail it to our office, along with a voided check.
Payment Drop-Off Location
You may pay your bill in person at our office address. We accept cash, check, or money orders. To avoid longer wait times, please note that Mondays, Fridays and the first day after a holiday are normally very busy.
Payment Through Financial Institution Online Bill Pay
Many financial institutions such as major banks offer their customers the ability to pay their bills via an online bill payment service (through your bank's website). Normally, these services debit the customer's checking or savings account to pay the bill. Depending on the financial institution, they may or may not charge a fee for the service. Payments may take up to seven business days to post to the customer's account. Please consult with your bank for more information.
